Celebrating Grandparents has been created to highlight and give special applaud to every Grandparent regardless of socioeconomic standing, culture, age, gender, status of employment, or circumstance.

Who Are Grandparents? They

Help raise and shape the lives of their grandchildren.
Are the link between present and past.
Are the thread that ties us with the generations that came before us.
Are the keepers of our cultures and traditions.
Are a great resource of information
Fill our lives with wisdom and humor.
Are our role models and our protectors.
Are our confidants.
Are often the gentle push that causes us to succeed.

Grandparent Of The Year Award Nomination

They don't have to be YOUR grandparents. You can nominate anyone you think deserves to be recognized as long as they are grandparents. Selected will be two (2) Awardee who must be able to attend award ceremony. There will be one (1) personal who is home/facility bound. We will present to them at their location. Simply fill in entry forms below

A ‘Grandparent’ is defined as any older adult who fulfills a grand-parenting or senior citizen mentor role for a child. A familial relationship is not necessary in order to meet this requirement.
Nominations Deadline will be accepted no later than midnight on August 23rd, 2019
