The Newburgh Jazz Series (NJS) is an 9 week outdoor music event
held on the City of Newburgh’s waterfront landing. The event will be held on Wednesdays and Thursdays for 9 consecutive weeks during the months of
July and August, 6:30 - 8:30pm (2 -1 hour sets). Each event will offer a variety of jazz styles.
The festival will play a crucial, long term role in the development of a new tourism market for the City of Newburgh region…it
is the place to be for music lovers. |
Jazz is known throughout the world as the “international language”… surpassing all language barriers. The 1st Annual Ferry Godmother Music Series will serve to unite people of all cultures and
lifestyles with one thing in common...the love of music. The Ferry Godmother is also committed to creating and giving life to new, unique and exciting events. The music series is a “must see” for all.
